Moving Well Membership (5 Physiotherapy Appointments)
£270 This membership is a mini version of the Wellbeing Membership, suited to those who want to benefit from maintenance physiotherapy through the year but feel they can independently manage optimal health between sessions. This membership also has a 12 month validity and members will receive 10% of any massage services and a £10 voucher to use in the Bodywell Active shop.

A fun and challenging strength class for women, training in a safe and supportive environment with a physiotherapist. Strength training is biased towards functional movement patterns. Classes are modified dependant on experience and coaching is given to improve technique and confidence in handling gym equipment.

Memberships will expire after a 12 month period from date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure appointments are made well in advance of the expiry date. Bodywell Nation will not be held responsible for ensuring all treatments are appointed within the 12 month period.
